Privacy notice

This website belongs to NEM Petrochem Pvt Ltd. It is a business website for buyers of polymer granules. This notice explains what we collect when you send us an enquiry, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form, we receive what you type into it:

• your name and mobile or WhatsApp number;
• your email address and company name, if you give them;
• your requirement: the material, grade, quantity, delivery city and any message.

The form asks for nothing else. If you call us or message us on WhatsApp instead, we receive your number and what you tell us.

How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry: to call or message you, to send you a quotation, and to follow up on that quotation. If you go on to buy from us, the details become part of our order and accounts records.

We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising.

Who sees it

Our sales team, and the colleagues who prepare your quotation and delivery. Quotations and invoices may be raised by one of our group companies, in which case that company's staff see the details needed for it.

If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your messages also pass through WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

Cookies and storage

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from abuse. If you switch between the light and dark look of the site, your browser remembers that choice on your own device.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with you, and longer only where tax or accounting law requires us to keep business records.

Your choices
